With reference to your Confidential despatch December 30th The wireless probably referred to Sulzer Brothers of Winterthur Switzerland and to certain electrical machinery ordered by Arnhold Karberg from Sulzer Brothers for the Kwongtung Electric Company this cargo is now at Sebang. Liquidators have been trying to arrange to bring it forward. I hope to address you again later.
